Railroad Industrial Park ~ Leased

The Railroad Industrial Park was established in 2007. It is currently home to Molded Fiber Glass. It is zoned Industrial I-2 and is within the city limits. Consisting of 51.82 acres, it is located approximately three miles from the airport.

Centennial Commons

Centennial Commons is a new commercial development in Aberdeen. Currently, about eight acres is still available. The Gruman Building is projected to open in December 2017 and Clark Engineering will be the first business to occupy the space.

Industrial Park ~ All lots SOLD

The Industrial Park was created in 1974. It is home to numerous companies with only a few choice locations remaining. The park is bordered on the south side by the Burlington Northern Sante Fe Railroad. It is zoned Industrial I-2 and is within the city limits. Gas and Electrical service is provided by Northwestern Public Service with city water and sewer. It is located 1/2 mile north of US Highway 12 on Brown County Road 19 and is approximately 1 mile from the airport.

East Business Park

The East Business Park is the newest park for the Aberdeen Development Corporation. It was completed in 1995 and is currently home to four businesses including the offices of the Aberdeen Development Corporation. It has numerous prime lots available and is also bordered on the south side by Burlington Northern Santa Fe Railroad. It is annexed into the city of Aberdeen and zoned Industrial I-2 with city water and sewer. Electrical Services are provided by Northern Rural Electric Cooperative and gas services by Northwestern Public Service.

Whitewood Park ~ SOLD

Consisting of the Habeck North and South Additions, Whitewood Park has approximately 300 acres of land available with the Burlington Northern Santa Fe Railroad cutting across the Northern section. This piece of land resides on the Northern Electric Service Territory and is annexed into the city of Aberdeen.
