Jim Barringer

Jim Barringer - Executive Vice-President:   Jim has been with the Aberdeen Development Corporation since 1986.  He previously worked for Bethlehem Steel and has a BS in Accounting.  Jim is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day functions of the Development Corporation and reports directly to the Board of Directors.

Chris Haar 

Chris Haar – Director of Operations: Chris has been with the Aberdeen Development Corporation since 1996.  He previously worked for North Star Steel and has a BS in Electrical Engineering and an MBA.  Chris is responsible for the day-to-day functions of the video conferencing equipment, buildings and land owned by the Development Corporation.

Cheryl Olson 

Cheryl Olson - Executive Assistant: A native of Aberdeen, Cheryl has been with the Development Corporation since 1994.  She previously worked for First Bank Trust, N.A.  Cheryl handles the day-to-day accounting and financial preparations, oversees scheduling of meetings, and greets all personnel and visitors to the Development Corporation.

Abby Duxbury 

Abby Duxbury – Intern:  Abby is the current intern at the Aberdeen Development Corporation.  She joined our staff in May of 2010 and is in her senior year at Northern State University double majoring in Management and Management Information Systems. The internship position is offered in a year long term for area college business students interested in economic development in Aberdeen.
