 The Aberdeen Development Corporation has two video conferencing rooms available for rental on an hourly basis. This allows for face to face business meetings all over the world.

• Cost for room and equipment rental: $75.00 / hour
• Volume discounts available based on monthly usage.

Scheduling Information:

• All costs billed in 15 minute increments.
• All first-time conferences will require setup and a pre-test before the conference begins.
• All cancellations must be made 24 hours before the conference call begins for no charges to be applied. Cancellations within 24 hours will result in a 50% cancellation charge.

Board Room: Seats 14

Both rooms include:

• VCR
• Document Camera
• Computer "Scan-Do"
